This is the second times I’ve been here to get my hair color and highlights by Alicia The first time their services are good. Colors came out nice the first time. Today is the second time i came in to get my hair color and highlights. I also came with a picture to show Alicia the style i want this time. After washing my hair the first time the base color came out way lighter than how i wanted it to be. I asked her to tone it down to the color in the picture i showed her. She did it for me but as the same time her appointment came in. After she finished putting the color on the roots, she asked me to seat and wait 30mins. After 30mins she washed my hair, and asked me to blow dry my hair by myself. I didn’t feel good already. I asked her the appointment i make for color and highlights doesn’t come with hair style? She said No! It’s ok I understand. But at least she needs to blow dry my hair to see how the color turn out before taking the next client. I never had a hair dyed service without a blow dry service comes along. I felt uncomfortable for paying for the service that i know It won’t be lower than $350 and i have to blow dry my own hair after washed. I just paid and nice enough left her a tip. I went home blew dry my hairs and straighten them. The color came out uneven. Some spots are lighter. Look like i have a porker dots hair of blond and brown ♀️. Never come back here.

Disappointed with my hair. Bought a Groupon and they added 50.00 more for my hair length which wasn’t stated when I came in. Went back twice to get it fixed. Very nice staff but had to go to another place to get the balage color fixed. Cost me more with a Groupon than had I gone elsewhere. Again kind staff but!!!!

Every single person at the salon is so welcoming and warm. They made me feel like I was a part of the Ifergan family. As if that wasn’t enough Lola did a phenomenal job on my color and this is coming from someone who hasn’t colored their hair for 4 years. She knew exactly what I wanted and delivered more than I could have ever asked. She’s so talented, beautiful inside and out and truly amazing at her craft. Rosa’s cut and styling techniques are those of an artist for sure. Love the salon, loved the finished product and most importantly loved the women who performed them!!! Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I recently visited the salon to get a haircut.. i was greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk who took the time to show me around the salon and introduced me to the salon manager; which is a first for me. So i was very pleasantly surprised by this. I was introduced to my stylist Martha. Martha listened to my hair concerns and advised what haircut will best suit me according to her. I took her professional advise and I am so glad I did because she did an amazing job. I have gotten so many compliments since then and i feel great myself. Martha was super friendly and gave me so many tips for haircare. She is passionate and I will definitely go back. Loved everything about the experience there.

Martha is a wonderful hair stylist. She does a fantastic job every time I go there. She would listen to you carefully and at the same time she will give you her expert professional opinion. You would never go wrong with taking her advice because she knows her work very well. Whenever she does styling or a hair cut for me I get a lot of compliments and my hair stay in shape for days. I checked the reviews on this salon prior to booking my appointment, and they were all great. My first time at Charles Ifergen was a great experience! My hair was uneven due to a previous cut elsewhere, and Rosa was amazing. Not only did she fix it up nice for me, she also walked me through why and what she was doing during my cut and style. I walked out feeling and looking amazing and definitely recommend this hidden gem. I will absolutely be returning to this salon. Thank you Rosa!

I have been going to Martha for years. She is a great stylist. I have short hair and she always takes the time to get it right. She is always on time, too. And very nice! Any other personnel have been courteous and helpful. The new remodel of the salon looks good and when they get the new chairs will be better yet.
