Went to see Bill a couple of times. Nice guy however as a stylist for 27 years my haircut was horrible. The coloring was mediocre. I told him I wanted Golden blonde and my hair had shades of red. Also, the dye didn’t last long at all, cause after 2 weeks grayish hairs appeared. I’m finding alot of salons use cheap dye.
