Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueRuhi truly went above and beyond for me today. I was up late last night around 12:30AM searching for a salon to do my hair this morning for my professional headshots. I sent a message to Charlene’s on Facebook requesting a last min appointment and Ruhi happened to be up at that time and responded within a few minutes, telling me that she’ll text me in the morning to confirm my appt. She texted me at 7:30am with an appointment time for today, at 10am. I then asked if we were able to add color service and she was more than happy to add the service on at the last minute and had me come in a little earlier to ensure I would make it on time to have my photos done. I later found out that she is off today and she just came in to do my hair because she wanted to help me out and she knew how urgent this was for me. My hair came out absolutely perfect!!! She touched up my roots and finished my hair off with the most perfect loose curls. She was mindful of the time and made sure I was out of the salon to make it to my photo shoot in time. So excited to see how my pictures came out. I am so glad that I finally found an amazing hair stylist in town. Ruhi truly went above and beyond for me today. I was up late last night around 12:30AM searching for a salon to do my hair this morning for my professional headshots.
