Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI really wanted to like this place but after my last two experiences here I won’t be coming back. The first time I was told there was no wait and to come right in upon calling. I waited over an hour and ended up having to leave and go back to work before they could even paint my acrylics ( a full set which last less than 10 days before lifting and falling off). The second time I came in I was sat quickly and told they could take me right away. One of the ladies had just started my nails when another customer walked in—someone I’m guessing is a regular client. Despite the salon being full she told her to come in, stopped doing my nails and instead told me to wait while she started this other customers nails. I really wanted to like this place but after my last two experiences here I won’t be coming back. The first time I was told there was no wait and to come right in upon calling. I waited over an hour and ended up having to leave and go back to work before they could even paint my acrylics ( a full set which last less than 10 days before lifting and falling off). Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI am baffled as to why this establishment has such high reviews. It was precisely because of these reviews that we tried this salon. There are only four pedicure stations. The space is quite small. I believe there are only two manicure stations. The walls are bright yellow on some walls and various colors on others. Various items hanging up, different plastic drawers etc.Additionally, the technicians were confused as to how to do blue hombre dip…Took far too long for my basic mani/pedi.
