I went in to get a haircut from Sierra. My hair was down to the middle of my back and I wanted to go shorter. I asked for it to be at the middle of mu chest and for some layers. She cut it to my shoulders and put choppy layers all throughout. My shortest layer isnt even angled and it falls above my ears. My hair looks HORRIBLE and now I’m going to have to spend more money to get it fixed and go even shorter than I wanted.

Went to get a haircut. Appointment at 4:30 waited until 5:15. Hair was on shoulders. Ask for a short cut..I got a trim. Noticed hairs hanging uncut over ears, and on base of neck some long strands. Tried calling back next day.. No answer. Went to shop later in evening. Was told they would text hairdresser. Waited until evening of next day. She said she couldn’t help to straighten up cut,until next Tuesday. Told her to forget it. Wasted $30.00.. and a bad haircut. Great way to start off year.

So I have been going to the same stylist since I was 12 (I’m 21 now) and I followed her to this salon. She is amazing and I highly recommend going here.
