There are just not enough words for me to describe how appreciative I am to Jessica for getting me in today for a brow appointment. I needed some ‘me’ time today and I wanted to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed. I called the number and Jessica was able to get me in on her day off!!! I came in and she was able to help me decide what to do with my eyebrows, let me tell you, this woman moved her plans for the day around FOR ME! I can not believe it. She was able to do a brow lamination with tinting and wax and my brows turned out SO GOOD!! If you’re thinking about going here and getting your eyebrows done, DO IT! You absolutely will not regret it. They have a 5 star rating for a reason! I have found myself a new brow girl and I couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you guys so much for all you do!!!

I met Jessica today to remove some grown out eyelash extensions, a lash lift and tint, and a brow wax and tint. She was absolutely amazing! I was a little nervous to meet a new lash gal, as the one I had been going to for extensions moved out of the area, but she made me feel so comfortable the entire time. She was professional and genuinely friendly. Charisma Salon was very clean and the chair to lay in was ahhhmazingly comfortable. She worked hard and my stubborn eyebrows to take the dye and they turned out great. I will definitely be back!
