I sat in Lucy’s chair for 5+ hours and got this… She fried the living life out of my hair. The top is highlighted gold and the bottom is blue black with that gray color This is the worst experience of my entire life. She also cut at least 3 inches off to my request of 1. But it was to cover up all the damage she did. My hair will never be the same due to this inexperienced person with no guidance. I’m sick to my stomach how my hair looks right now. She needs her license revoked.

I went in for a haircut and I loved it! When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and “Hello”. I had Helen cut my long hair and give me a much needed cut. She took her time and I left feeling amazing. I will definitely be coming back! Haircut

I scheduled a haircut appointment and the stylist was very rude. The salon does not look very clean. She was mad because I asked her to sanitize the chair that I would be laying on so she could wash my hair before the cut. She gave me an ugly look because I asked her to clean the chair properly since she barely applied any disinfectant to the chair. The stylist was very disrespectful and was not willing to listen to me even though I asked her politely. I decided to leave. I do not recommend this salon. It is not worth the stress.

Called and made an appointment. Explained this was for a huge event and explained the hair color I needed along with the current condition of my hair. I asked for a guarantee that they could do this, some places don’t always feel confident in the look I try to achieve. They promised it would be okay and they could do it no problem. Day before my huge event I go in and they basically tell me they can’t even get close to the color I need. Waste of my time and now I’m stuck with old hair for my event. Please avoid this place if you’re looking for anything not basic. I would just really appreciate them being up front or more thorough before promising me something they couldn’t do.

Where do I start….Love Love Love this very Clean and Beautiful Salon. I am new to the Houston area and have been searching for my Salon. I have never felt so welcomed to a salon before, staff are Amazing. My hair is very thick and was a hot mess. Vance took one look at me and knew exactly what needed to be done. She worked her magic…Top Notch!! My hair looks and feels Great!! I have really struggled to get my highlights and lowlights the way I like to help blend with my gray.
