I can’t get over how amazing charisma salon is! They did the hair and make up for my wedding and it was 100% perfect!! They were so nice and funny! They allow for trial runs and take notes to see what works and what doesn’t. They keep constant communication and you don’t feel scared as a bride. The day of they were very accommodating. They allowed us to bring snacks and drinks and had a good atmosphere. They made my flower girl feel like a princess and took time to talk to every girls about what she wanted or what would look nice. They really invest their time into their clients. I was worried about getting the hair and make up done so early in the day. But let me tell you! The hair was perfect and didn’t move one bit. My makeup was flawless all night long. I laughed , cried, ate, and danced the night away without my makeup smudging. Everyone kept asking how my makeup looked so good 16 hours after it was done! I highly recommend this salon and am so happy that we went with them!!

I used Charisma Salon for my wedding day. Jen and Liz were fantastic, my hair and makeup was perfect. They also did all of the bridesmaids hair! They traveled to the hotel and were set up and ready for us as soon as we arrived. These ladies were truly professional and made the getting ready process seamless! I highly recommend Charisma Salon for your big day!

Not only am I super pleased with her work but she was also very friendly and professional. I appreciated the office policies for cancelations and also their detail to Covid protection. As the mother of the groom I joined the bridal party in getting our hair and makeup done early Saturday morning. The staff was ready for us when we got there, gracious and charming throughout the morning, worked quickly but beautifully and had us all looking our wedding best. I would highly recommend this shop for any special event!

Today was my first visit to Charisma Salon. My roommate and my friend from school have both been here before and they loved it, so I decided to come here too. I absolutely loved it!!! My hairstylist’s name was Alex, and she did a fantastic job! I brought in a picture of the color that I wanted, and she matched it exactly. I did not bring a picture for the hair style I wanted, but she still got it exactly right from what I described to her. Alex and the girl at the front desk were both very nice, and professional. I am a 22 year old student, but the lady who was there before me was older (maybe in her 60s) and she loved her highlights and her haircut as well (done by Alex as well). I am very impressed by this salon, and the prices are really reasonable too. They even offer to get you a beverage! I am definitely going to keep coming here as long as I am in Erie.

Took my bridal party here before my wedding and was not disappointed! The girls loved their hair and makeup and the salon was very flexible as our plans kept changing! We were able to set up a table with snacks, mimosas, and coffee and had an overall great experience with our hair stylist and makeup artist!
