This place is really clean and bright and located in such a lovely plaza. It’s also not noisy like some other places. I was able to get a same day appointment when I called at 10 am. The staff is really nice and welcoming and it felt like I was being taken care of and pampered. I got a simple manicure and the nail tech took the time to do good job and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would totally recommend this place. (Don’t mind my cuticles in the picture as they were terrible to begin with and I pick at my skin a lot)

I absolutely love my new nail! Charisma nail is my favorite nail spot so far in Santa Clara. Everyone in this shop is very skilled. I asked the ombré style. They seemed trying to figure out how to get the same style with the picture that I showed to them. But she did this beautiful ombré color on my nails. Very cute and lovely

Very skilled manicurists and reasonably priced! It is my go to place to treat myself with a manicure once every month.I usually get shellac and with extra top coat, the polish stays on for almost 4 weeks. Definitely recommend!
