i went to this salon after getting my hair done by my mom but my mom hadnt finished nor put any toner or anything so i ended up with orange streaks in my hair , i didnt like them i wanted it to be fixed and so i asked her to lighten my hair from roots to bottom, she applied dye to my roots and then sprayed my hair with water to “move” the dye down my hair but i ended up with an ORANGE HEAD and dark bottoms. i cried. i cried so much, she told me and my mom to come back tomorrow because it was absolutely hideous and she said she would fix it, mind me she was very nice but she did a horrible job. i showed her the hairstyle i ACTUALLY wanted from the start so she could just fix it herself and that was my mistake bc my virgin hair was RUINED ! i cried so much she charged us both times and i still need my hair fixed !
