I’m new to the Toledo area and was in need of a Good Beautian!! I goggle this Salon and found Ariana!! I told her that my cousin and I was looking for a New Stylist to do our hair we went out and met Ariana to let her see our hair!! She was very nice and down to earth she was able to work us both in for shampoo and colors!! We both were very happy with with Ariana and our hair!! I definitely would recommend her to my family and friends

She made sure I was comfy and she was conversational which is a plus. I was referred to Ariana by lovely Miss Charlotte and couldn’t be happier with my cut. I gave her fully creative responsibility and she met my expectations and then some. This was my first experience there she was more than an hour late and then when she got there she had other customers over booked when they came she was very rude to them and said they cannot wait inside the shop I did not like her interaction with other people and when I left her shop it was very expensive and she didn’t ask me how I wanted my curls she just freestyled and I left looking like a poodle with curls going left right up and down I was highly dissatisfied I had to go straight to work after I left there and I was embarrassed very poor customer service skills in the salon didn’t smell too good

Charlotte is a very professional and punctual stylist! I have never had an issue with her or the quality of her work. She’s truly 5 stars. Tina Jett, the current nail tech, is the polar opposite. Tina does quality work, if she keeps your appointment. She is rude, and does not respect the time of others. I’d give her zero stars.

Charlotte did my natural hair very well, but I wanted to try a protective latch hook/crochet style over the summer. She obliged me and having braids I expected some tightness. It was WAY too tight. I called her the next day because I couldn’t sleep or do normal daily task. She insisted it wasn’t tight and to try various method (which I already tried) to loosen the braids. When I asked her to take it down she insisted I wait a week. After three days I couldn’t take it anymore. My husband noticed my scalp was red and In one spot it was bleeding so he helped me take it down. I called her to tell her what happen. She still insisted it wasn’t too tight and that I had an allergic reaction to the braid hair. So I sent her pictures. She said ok and I figured she could just fix my hair because of the whole ordeal. So I scheduled another appointment and figuring she’d just do my natural hair (which costed a lot less than latch hook/ crochet) and make it right. That was not the case she charged me to restyle my hair saying I didn’t call her soon enough and that it was a different style. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH CHARCHAISE!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. The only reason I’m giving any stars is because she good with natural hair. Her attitude and lack of good business practices make it a no go for me.
