I booked a consultation for my skin and my experience was wonderful! I felt like from the minute I walked in everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tori helped walk me through my skin scan and did a great job explaining the condition of my skin with personalized recommendations of products and services I could consider. She listened so well when I explained my complex skincare journey and was really empathetic and actually made me feel really good about the state of my skin currently. I especially loved how she talked about things I could consider first and how as the health of my skin evolves I could consider additional products and services to layer over time and exactly what effects those will have. I can’t wait to continue my skin care journey at Chapter!

Beyond my highest expectations! I went to Chapter for a consultation (which is free) during the consult they have you use a machine that shows your skin in-depth which allows you to know what your skin issues are, what can be treated & how, & to Keep track of your progress & meet your skincare goals. My biggest praise comes from my lip filler procedure, I love how my lips turned out but hate needles! The staff went the extra mile to comfort me & make sure I felt safe & secure before, during & after The procedure. Last but not least there promotions, deals and discounts are something to Jump for joy about! I Will definitely return for more treatments.

Chapter is such a lovely environment and everyone who works here is SO kind. The MAP assessment is so interesting & I learned a lot about my skin. I had never gotten lip filler before and Kami made sure everything went perfect. If you have or haven’t gotten lip filler before, go to Kami! She is such a beautiful lady inside and out.

Very pretty space but felt like I was being forced into purchasing skin care. Offered a free mapping which was nice but I was not there for skin care. I had said I wanted to discuss improving some scars. I specifically said I’d already done micro needling and didn’t get the results I was hoping for. She then offered me micro needling. I also said I was not interested in Botox and was then given info on that. I asked specifically what the facial products would do and was told it’s a great product and it’s like micro needling in a bottle yet I had stated previously said micrneedling was not for me and never got any sort of real explanation on what the products would do for my skin. Very disappointed in the visit and felt like I was at an MLM party. I was told “so are we ready to go forward with the skin care plan” several times. Each time I said maybe I will think about it. Definitely won’t be back. I strongly suggest listening to your client in what they are looking for and what they aren’t interested in. I also recommend learning more about the products and what they will do. I can’t fathom spending $200 on a bottle and not be given an educated explanation on the benefits.

I’m not sure of any other spa in Rochester who offers them. A special thanks to Kami, Nurse Practitioner, for her knowledge and understanding. Overall a very positive experience. I’ll be back!

This was my first time ever going to a med spa and I was treated with nothing but respect from the time I walked in! The studio is super aesthetic and modern. You’re offered beverages and your coat is hung up. Alyse at the front desk is always kind and informative! Sam was super knowledgeable and the MAP system is something I had never seen before! Kami did a wonderful job on my Botox and I’m already obsessed! My first ever professional facial with Zoe was super relaxing and I immediately booked another one. Definitely recommend!

My provider was very nice, but i felt very misled after the final cost came out! I did the introductory $99 botox, and found out it was for up to 20 units. That was a-okay, i was planning to get 30 units for tmj, 15 on either side. I figured I’d be paying for 10 units, with the 20 covered in the $99 offer. After I had already been injected, i was told the $99 only covers one side (15 units) and i would still have to pay the 15 other out of pocket instead of the 10 atop the 20 introductory offer(almost $70 difference in price, not accounting for tip)The building is beautiful and the staff were friendly, but i felt pretty taken advantage of after this!
