I’ve been seeing Dr Jason Dominguez since October 2021. His a good Dr seems to care and listen made me feel pretty comfortable my first couple of visits. The down fall is his staff. They have misplaced documentation requested by the Doctor to start treatment a couple of times. You have to leave a message on the nurse answering machine and unfortunately they don’t get back to you with a reasonable time and they blame the Dr for responding late. I’ve been waiting for a week to have them submit paperwork for insurance coverage on medication pharmacy has reached out and we can’t get anyone on the phone or a call back. I’m really disappointed on his response time. They are making a mess with billing my insurance and getting referrals out to my insurance for coverage. Considering talking to the doctor about this during my next visit and see how that goes.

This review is for the STAFF. PA Rosso is amazing. Whoever is in charge of making sure the staff itself does their job is failing at their job. I have called and called and constantly get the voicemail. I dont normally leave a message because they never call me back anyway. I’ve been trying to schedule an appt for my son. The last time I called, which was last week, I left a message. As predicted, no call back. This has happened before with my other son. I left 3 messages for a call back after calling numerous times after not receiving a call back and FINALLY getting someone on the phone I was rudely told that I had received a call back with a made up “specific time and date” because I assure you, there was no call back. This place really needs an office manager that stays on top of these employees. It’s out of hand.

Been a patient since a teenager however, Daniel in scheduling does not seem to care since I have not seen the Dr. for over 3 years. (think maybe because of covid Daniel?) She didn’t even ask me for my date of birth. Her demeanor on the phone gave me the impression she did not only care but was actually wanting to switch me to different doctor. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I would have sent an email to Dr. Chappell but couldn’t find it. She offered me an appointment 3 months from now. Guess I have to find another dermatologist.

This was my first visit to Chappell Rosso and I was very comfortable as soon as I walked in. The staff greeted me and signed me in promptly. I was there for a skin cancer exam. I was taken to the exam room right at the scheduled time. P A Nathan Rosso was skilled and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I felt the care there was excellent. I would certainly recommend this dermatologist and the Chappell Rosso practice. The location is easy to find. Plenty of easy parking.

I have been to Chappell Rosso with my mom and also for myself. All the staff are extremely efficient and professional. We never have to wait for long periods to be called in. My mom sees Jason and I see Nathan. Both are thorough and spend as much time explaining everything as needed. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

What a waste of time. Went there today arrived 15 minutes early to be respectful of their time after working a 16 hour shift. After waiting 40 minutes past my schedule appointment time, I calmly walk up to the front to reschedule my appointment for a later date on the account of having to work tonight. She tells me sense I am a new patient they usually don’t see you till a hour after your scheduled time and that I haven’t waited a full hour past my appointment time. She then proceeded to walk to the back and see where I was at in the roll call. She tells me i am next so I decided to just wait. Well of course that was a lie. Called two more people before calling me to the back. Finally make it to the back only to get told that they only do that procedure on Wednesdays. What a waste of time. So then I go up to make the next appointment on the 11th and she is talking about a appointment in 4 months. What a complete waste of my time.

I have been to Dr Rosso two times. He is a very professional Dr. He explains everything very well and treats my son great. The only reason i gave them a 3 star is because every time i have called and either spoke to his nurse(medical assistant) or left a voice mail, i have yet to recieve their call. Im still waiting for calls since about two months ago.

I called Dr. Rollo yesterday morning about a condition that internet sites and an E.R. doctor called, “a potentially life-threatening infection.” The Chappell/Rosso practice had an afternoon cancellation, so I didn’t take the flat-line-side-effects antibiotic I had been prescribed weeks ago by the E.R. doctor and drove four hours to Odessa to see Dr. Rollo.
