I have been a patient there for over ten years. However, when my doctor retired and left the practice they did not notify me and when I tried to make an appointment they told me I needed to start over as a new patient and see a nurse practitioner. Instead, I’ve moved to a different practice.

Look elsewhere, complete waste of time. I scheduled an appointment several months ago and confirmed twice on the initial phone call that they took my insurance. I even called two weeks ago to confirm the details of the appointment since it was such an important appointment and took months to even get. I arrived early with my paperwork already filled out, ready to go. I then was told at check-in that they in fact did not take my insurance and they never did! Basically it was an “oh well” attitude. And now other practices that do take my insurance are scheduling well into December and 2023! This was a very necessary appointment and now I’m forced to either pay out of pocket or wait months (after already waiting months for this appointment) due to this office’s total ineptness. Whether it was incompetence or it was done purposely hoping that I’d just pay out of pocket, it’s very frustrating how this whole situation was handled. Please educate ALL your staff on policies/procedures/insurance or at least the ones that deal directly with patients! This may seem trivial and not affect the office staff much, but it is a very big deal to patients that need treatment asap, took off work, rearranged schedules, waited months and now are back at square one due to unprofessional staff.

Drove an hour for a skin appointment but they didn’t bother to ask me about insurance beforehand and they do not take Obamacare which is kind of pathetic and un-American. Too bad my health doesn’t make you enough money.

I had an appt with Dr. Fradin at 11:15am. After checking with the front desk staff several times and waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I walked out. There was no explanation from the staff when I asked about how much longer the wait would be. I will not be returning to this practice.

The one star is for the practice referring me to a good mohs surgeon. No other stars since trying to pay off my most recent bill was a nightmare. Despite multiple calls it was almost impossible to get through. No online payment system either. When I did get through on the phone asking if I could pay down part of my balance they wouldn’t take my payment they said pay in full now or not at all and did not work with me at all they said since you are due to go to collections at the end of this week, you must pay it all now no partial payment allowed. I explained I could pay the other half by end of week..When I scraped together the money the next day I called back to pay in full. This time their payment system was down.. they asked me to call back since the system was rebooting and I did.. but no answer.. left messages and emailed too. Y’all my blood pressure was hiiigh. Bad business practice there. You have been warned. I never leave bad reviews but this one was sadly warranted. They sent me to collections! Which I am now disputing lol.

Called to make an appointment this morning. After asking my information the lady on the phone ask me if I was COVID vaccinated. I was quick to respond with an answer but I also ask her if that was a requirement for the office. Which she stated it was not. That is a huge hippa violation. No matter if I am or not it is not something you ask over the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Will not be a returning patient to this office.

My prescription ran out and I requested a refill two weeks after it expired. I made the request in good faith that the PA would allow me a single refill without making me come in and pay a copay for a three-minute visit. I really needed some flexibility due to the additional difficulties of time and transport during COVID, but that assistance was not given. So I’ll bump up to two stars because the original visit was satisfactory and the prescription was helping. Not sure I’ll be back, though. May he enjoy life and art.
