Quick service in taking back, I appreciate them being flexible as I was a little late and called to let them know. When we started the dip powder I asked if it was dip because Amy was applying it with a monomer and I was a bit confused simply because I was used to physically dipping my nails at other places. When she began applied it it was super thick and she kept touching my nail beds with it and putting it under the top of my nail too. After a while of filing she was done and I asked her to make them thinner and she started too but honestly didn’t make much of a difference. I even told her that it was under the tips of my nails too and she tried but it really wasn’t coming off. It seems like she was rushing toward the end. I’m gonna have to go somewhere to take them off today because they physically hurt so much to keep on

I normally come here all the time. This time I got someone I haven’t had before and she cut my toe nails so short that they are bleeding and hurt like crazy. You can see my meat they are so short. VERY VERY UPSET. Then when I said something the women started slamming my legs around like she was mad that I called her out. What happened to this place it use to be good.

I love it here, they take their time and make me feel very comfortable. I’ve been coming since 2017 and this place is always available. I went in for a Express Pedicure ($25) and a Dip Powder Manicure ($50). They did a good job on the pedicure but the manicure was terrible. She didn’t push back and clip my cuticles so the polish wasn’t close to my nail bed making it look like my nails were already starting to grow out. Also the application was super thick and lumpy. I went back to request a refund and they said they wouldn’t give me a refund unless they removed the polish from my nails. I asked how long it would take and they said 30 mins. I sat there for 30 mins. After 30 mins they came and told me they didn’t know how long it would take to remove the polish. I had to leave so they just roughed up my nails so that they looked horrible enough to finally agree to giving me a refund. Then the lady who did my nails said she only charged me $40. She hadn’t given me a receipt the night before so I had no way to prove that she had charged me $50. Their website states that a dip powder manicure costs $50. I got a $40 refund and will never be going back.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE ITS THE WORST!! I went in there for the first time since I was in the area. I wanted gel nails. I already had gel on so the lady soaked my nails with acetone for 20+ minutes. Let me just say how long I had the acetone on….someone walked in and she started a pedicure, and was about done. I asked the lady next to me doing someone else’s nails (since the other lady was doing a pedicure) if they needed to be on this long. That was after 15 minutes ( I KNOW THEY DON’T) !!! She said yes and dismissed me, and they left me sitting there. So I got up and went up to the lady that started my services and told her I don’t need to sit there that long my nails are ready her response was “no go sit down”. I was then approached by another woman that said she would finish my service. What about the 20 minutes I was sitting there why didn’t she offer?! I offered to pay them for the acetone and foil they used. They didn’t take payment which it would’ve been sad if they did. And as I’m walking out someone laughed while I had my back to them I only wished they would’ve laughed in my face so I could’ve set them straight! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!
