I’ve been doing lots of research, reading lots of reviews and praying to find a salon that is both affordable and overall knows what they’re doing. It’s safe to say I’ve hit the jack pot with this place. Susie (Owner) was so friendly right as I walked through the door. I showed her pictures of the color balayage I wanted and she walked me though the color process for what routes we could take. Everything was explained prior, in the process and after for what all she planned to do. I have tried a couple of other places (Holiday Hair, Viva Bella, etc.), but Changing Times Hair Designs is the best of all.Suzie (the owner) did an excellent job coloring my hair, and a hair cut in the end. The hair color was exactly what I was hoping to get. She is very professional and a great hair stylist/hair colorist. My hair is still very healthy and soft after being bleached to get highlights.The place is very clean and everybody in this salon is friendly and welcoming. Suzie listened carefully to what I was looking for, and before starting the process, and throughout, she explained every step to me patiently. Very reasonable price for the service they offer. Firstly, she was able to accommodate my limited schedule availability. When I arrived and shared my desire for low maintenance glamor, she really listened…AND DELIVERED!! Her knowledge, passion and experience resulted in the best coloring I’ve ever had. I don’t live in the area, but will happily drive or fly any distance to continue seeing Susie.
