We have been going to Changes since 2002! I’ll never go anywhere else they have incredible staff no matter what I’m going for I’m happy with the result every time!! Knowledgeable staff I’ve even trusted them to pick a style for me and been happy every time!! I have also picked a different stylist every time and let me tell you they are all great!! The I’ve had a total of 13 different updo’s for events over the years and they have all come out fantastic and with no headaches during or after the event’s.

I’ve gotten my hair styled by Katie Rolon, an owner at Changes Shear Artistry, since the salon opened. She always has been awesome, and is skilled and knowledgeable about every aspect of her work. The other stylists are simply wonderful. There’s a friendly atmosphere there that I’ve always enjoyed. I highly recommend it.

I went to Changes in December to get a free haircut when I donated 12 inches to Locks of Love. I have since been back several times, as Ceal did such a great job. This Saturday was my son’s graduation party and I had it cut right before hand, I had many complements of the way my hair was cut thanks to Ceal. I highly recommend this experienced stylist.

A few weeks ago I went to my normal stylist, the one who has been working with me on my cut for several months now and I was happy with her. I went in for my normal cut and I always had two rules – 1. No layers (because it does not work on my type of hair and I learned this with her before) and 2. Keep the length in the front, only trim (I have a cut that is short in the back and much longer in the front). I have no idea what happened…but I walked out with chunky horrible short layers AND she took at least 2″ off my front. It was horrible. I have had bad hair cuts before that I simply let grow out for a couple of months and started over, but this was so beyond that…I could not do a single thing with the cut except wear a ponytail, which even looked bad because not all of the hair fit in it (another “rule” I had for working out). I did not feel like myself. I would only leave my house for things that I had to, like work. I would not show anyone the cut when they asked to see it. It was as if a 3 year old took scissors to my hair and hacked away. I knew that Changes had “rescued” clients from bad haircuts before and so I called them right away. In less than a week, I was better than new. Christy and Dena’s expertise and exceptional level of skill in their areas is unmatched. I had 36 extensions put in (something which I swore I would NEVER do…but I was that desperate) on the front sides so that I had length again …they are absolutely perfect. No one can tell that they are there and unless I touch by my scalp, I forget they are there! Then Dena spent hours on the cut, fixing what had been done before…to the point where it actually looks LONGER in the areas where I did not get extensions. That is like magic and takes a real professional. I looked at myself and just said “I am me again.” It is an amazing gift and I seriously wish that no one had to experience a bad hair cut again…but if you do or if you just are not 100% happy with where you are going now…take a chance on Changes. You will not regret it and you will never go to another salon again! They are personable and the service is outstanding. I wish I could attach a picture so that you could see the transformation and how it really took stylists that knew what they were doing…but it was drastic…and I find every excuse to leave my house now to show off my awesome new hair style!
