Scheduled a same day appt. over the phone. Upon arrival, was met with a warm greeting by the stylist who was set to work with me. She let me know that she was almost finished with current client and it would only be a few minute wait.

Lorissa at changes messed my hair up so bad. I went in with a blue underdye and asked for it to be taken out and I left with my whole head bleach blonde when I did not want her to touch my natural hair, I wanted to remove the blue, get a cut and an ombré and i left with a patchy ass dye job and I am never going back. I wish there was an option to give zero stars
