I absolutely love and adore this salon! I can’t say enough about everyone here! I’ll start with My hair stylist -Anna. She takes the time to understand what I want and need. I’m not the easiest to satisfy and many times I can be indecisive. She explains and goes into detail as to what realistically will work best. She sincerely cares and doesn’t rush me out the door. You know the money isn’t what it’s about here… it’s the love and dedication to her clients desired hair needs and wants. When I walk into the salon everyone greets you with a smile and the energy blows you away. Everyone here is different but in the best ways possible. My kind of salon where any age, race, or sex feels comfortable. In all honesty not only does my visits to Changes boost my self esteem it also allows me to feel like I’ve escaped with old friends and family. Who could ask for more with a salon? I have been going to Changes for years. Jesse’s ability is beyond! I have platinum blonde hair and she has taken me from cool tones to warmer tons to compliment my skin tone. She is extremely precise and I have not experienced breakage – my hair is super happy and healthy. She recently added extensions and I couldn’t be happier.
