I have never been a “spa person” but my friend gave me a gift certificate so I decided to have a facial. Honestly, I went in with pretty low expectations, but OMG…the facial Amanda gave me made me a believer! I felt like I was glued to the table afterward because I was so relaxed and best of all, my tired, old skin was glowing like a teenager’s! Amanda is very skilled and has the perfect touch. And to top it all off, she’s a really sweet girl!

They want to keep your credit card on file if you need to cancel an appointment this causes panic. They also charge for a consultation. I don’t think it’s cool to keep a credit card on file and I think it’s bad customer service. They want to take a picture of you before services and they don’t even ask your permission they just say “ok we’re taking your picture.” I don’t want my picture taken and I think it’s a violation of privacy to have my photo out there and they really need to ask and get permission first before they come in with the camera and put you on the spot.

I’ve been coming to Changes since October. Ayushi is my favorite therapist. She is so very welcoming. She listens to my concerns. I started massages to help with my anxiety at the time. Nowadays I walk in with excitement and ready for my massage. Emily is also such a delight when calling and arriving at the spa. I wish I could go everyday to see Ayushi. Book with her you will be extremely happy.

I am 40 years old and I have had botox injections since I was 22, however I have never had someone take so much time with me and customize my treatment to the extent that Julia did based on my specific features. Her knowledge and true LOVE for what she does shines through and is very evident. This was an exceptional Spa, and the employees were nothing short of amazing as well. I just love Megan’s professionalism and personality. She’s hilarious and makes you feel very comfortable during the entire process. I spoke with the owner herself while booking the appointments who was kind and professional and I was grateful for a quote on the phone instead of another “free consultation” you have to go in person for as I live 40 minutes away. The price is very reasonable, more so than every other laser hair removal companies I spoke with in Augusta and Columbia. Even if I need nine sessions like the nationwide companies said I would, it would still end up cheaper herr than the cheapest quote that I got anywhere else. I guess I did get cheaper quotes in Atlanta but they said it would take only 20 minutes and Megan takes at least an hour and a half to two hours to do my treatments. I don’t see how they would do a proper job, plus hello driving forever. Most exciting part is that I have noticed that at least a 50% hair reduction in my underarms and leg areas, and more than a 90% reduction in the bikini area after one treatment. I am fairskinned with darker hair so I’m an ideal candidate. In general I have fine hair too but not in the bikini area or underarms. You are greeted by one of the sweetest lady’s(I believe the owner) either way she was very nice. And when you get in to the spa the atmosphere is so relaxing!! When I tell you this is the most relaxing spa I been to, I am not kidding. You are greeted by one of the sweetest lady’s(I believe the owner) either way she was very nice. And when you get in to the spa the atmosphere is so relaxing!! Everything was super simple to order,can be done online. I had a facial done by Megan and let me tell you, it was AMAZING!! She was super friendly and if I had any questions she answered them. All the products she used did not irritate my skin.
