Positive: QualityI have been seeing Dr. Dyson for over a decade. I hardly ever leave reviews but came across a negative review that I feel I have to counter. First of all, her office is spotless, she takes great care with the highest standards for safety and hygiene. Her staff is courteous and professional. Her prices are completely reasonable and fair. She is a published author and researcher, a lecturer and fantastic Medical Doctor who not only cares about her patients, but deserves accolades for her cosmetic work. I have been seeing Dr. Dyson for over a decade. I hardly ever leave reviews but came across a negative review that I feel I have to counter. First of all, her office is spotless, she takes great care with the highest standards for safety and hygiene. Her staff is courteous and professional. Her prices are completely reasonable and fair. She is a published author and researcher, a lecturer and fantastic Medical Doctor who not only cares about her patients, but deserves accolades for her cosmetic work. I can’t recommend her enough, especially for PRP which I have done at least dozen times with amazing results.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had the worst experience ever. Firstly, the place was dirty and sketchy, the nurse didn’t look professional. Secondly, dr. Dyson is a total rip off. I was given different price over the phone and only after I already had the blood drawn from my arm, she told me that the price doubled and asked for my payment upfront while in the chair. Third, I received numerous health recommendations from her that after the extensive research and consultation with other reputable doctors turned out to be a complete disinformation and could be very harmful to ones health. Wonder what medical school Dr. Dyson went… or perhaps her credentials were never checked by anyone as she works alone. Finally, after her so called treatment, my alopecia started up again and I look and feel worse than before the visit to her office.Bottom line, run away from that office. It isn’t legit. I can’t even imagine how anyone can write anything positive about that establishment.Something isn’t right about it…I had the worst experience ever. Dr. Dyson is the absolute best! She’s professional & very knowledgeable ,extremely skilled, kind & caring . She is very patient & explained everything. The office is clean & modern. The services are exceptional, appointments always take place at the scheduled time, and the work done is first-rate. I’ve been going there for years.
