I scheduled a gel manicure over a month in advance. I was a few minutes late getting yo the salon, but I then waited another 10+ minutes for the tech to finish up from her previous appointment. She was rude from the get go. But then when she saw my nails had products from another salon on them, she refused to do anything with them, claiming it’s too hard to get other people’s product off and that it would put her behind for the rest of her day. She even argued w/me over what type of nail products I had on. 0/5 stars!
