Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityIncredibly disappointing customer service. Called twice to set up an appointment weeks in advance but was told, on two separate occasions, that there was no record of my appointment the day of and that I would have to wait another 2 weeks to re-book. Absolute waste of time. Don’t buy the Groupon, either.
