The place is beautiful, first off. Plus they were streamlined in their process. The young lady who took care of me was careful and did the design and nail style just how I pictured. I always get regular polish on toe nails. I usually go to Joy Nails in Smyrna but was in the area so I decided to give them a try. Nail tech was not the problem. My toes were done at 10:30 and I got done with my finger nails at 11:55, so usually toes are done by then, but not the case. I came back in because of a smear and waited under dryer until 12:30, toes are still not done. Mgr said it’s because of getting regular polish but it’s never happened before when I visit Joy nails. The last set I had was from 8/25 and nothing was smeared or smudged just looked dull due to having for such a long time. I was denied a refund and was told to pay for gel polish which I expressed I did not want. I was looking for a nail place in the area, sadly this is not it. I will make the drive to Smyrna any time for the service and care that Joy Nails put into their work.

First, the business is nice and clean. I signed in at a kiosk and was promptly served. Jenny did my pedicure and waxing. She took her time on the pedicure, was thorough, and did a great job. She didn’t try to force me to get extra services that I didn’t want. She even warned me that if she waxes my eyebrows, they would be very thin. She is definitely my go-to for pedicures. I give her 10/10. Beo did my nails. They look so natural and beautiful. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. He understood the assignment!!! I won’t let anyone else touch my nails because they never looked so good. He gets a 10/10. This place is right down the street from me and I didn’t know it. But now that I know, they have a loyal customer. I highly recommend this place. They do everything.

I went in for a full set and a polish change. The service was ok. I go to pay the lady says 90 something I expect to pay for gel polish on my nails and the little rhinestones but 22 dollars for a polish change on my feet. And I’m like this is my second time coming in here I don’t know your prices someone should have a least told me that a bel polish change was that much I might as well had gotten a whole pedicure for that. I won’t be going back.
