Ive been going to this place for awhile now and this particular day was a bit off. Do not let the guy with the cut off pinky finger do your nails because he does poor work and also take too many smoke breaks. He half polished my nails on the side and my nails look like I already had them for a week or so. I kept telling him there were bubbles on my nail when he polished them, so he kept polishing over it. Then the other guy comes and bring me my receipt remind you my services isn’t even complete. I get ready to pay and there was a lady in front of me complaining that she was charged a price that she didn’t ask for. So the guy going back and forth with her and he finally took the price off. So I look down at my receipt and sure enough I was charged $4 for extra length! First of all I got short nails, so I told the guy and so he took a deep breathe and said ok I’ll take it off. So guys just be careful and pay attention to your receipt because they try to rip you off there!

The Shop is under a new manager and this is so refreshing. The manger Ben is people friendly, provides professional and excellent customer service. They really took care of me and the new staff is amazing. Check out Jazz, she’s really great!

Rude!!!!! I assume she’s the owner/manager, but she got mad & snatched the nail list out of my hand, because I didn’t want to upgrade the pedicure. When I came in, I asked for the classic & to refill the acrylic on my big toes. She was so frustrated about this disagreement, she had another person, who was very sweet to finish the services. Treat your customers with respect!!!! Now I understand the other negative reviews! I will not be back.

Extremely rude. You can tell when the staff does not feel like working. I walked in it’s pretty much empty. 1 tech a male doing someone’s nail, 1 tech walking someone to the front after what I assume brow service, 1 tech sitting in the pedicure chair and 1 client sitting not being serviced.. NOBODY asked me how could they help me or what I was coming in for. I feel as though they INTENTIONALLY did not speak in hopes that I would leave. I alway come here unfortunately it’s only out of convenience because every time the experience is terrible. There is always new techs, always bad service, & I have always hated my nails. I’ve only had a decent job done once in February and I never see the guy again! The only thing this place as going is looks it’s well kept I will say that. NEVER RECOMMENDING!

Do NOT visit here. I came in with my two daughters for nail service. I stepped out side to take a call, while I was outside the male nail tech was extremely rude to my daughter. She asked him tonfile her nail a little more because it was crooked and he threw the file down and walked away. When I came Inshe told me he had mean mean and rude and showed me how he messed up her na. I asked him to fix it and he said no! I asked for another worker and he fixed my daughters nails. I will NEVER be back!
