I have been going to Champions for almost a year and am always pleased! They are very kind and strive to make my experience comfortable and relaxing! From the minute you walk in the door to check in you feel like family. Victoria always does meticulous work and makes it just as fabulous as the last manicure! I am in love!! Ann at Champion Nails is such a sweet heart and gave me the best service ever. The inside of the salon is soo pretty and everyone was super helpful and attentive. It really says something when customers come in and the employees know them by name and ask about them. Definitely coming back!! Can we just look at my nails!!

I absolutely adore this place! The massage chairs are so comfy, the atmosphere is relaxing and the selection of colors is extensive. Vicky and Howie do incredible work and are so knowledgeable. I love that they have a loyalty program where you earn points for discounts and their prices are so reasonable, especially considering the fantastic work they do!

Saturday was my first time having my nails done and getting a pedicure. Vicky did my nails, as you can see, they are awesome!! She was very patient with me, as I have not had my nails done in almost 2 years. I showed her a few photos of nails I liked. She explained my options and we went with the pink and white ombre. She was very nice and got my nails looking wonderful for an important event!! Thank you!

I was in a party of three with my older sister and my sister-in-law. We came probably around 6:30 about 30 minutes to close on 3/25/22. We originally wanted a fill-in and three pedicures we were informed by one of the staff members that the fill-in wasn’t going to be possible to do because we came but the pedicures were possible since we came 30 minutes prior to closing time which I understood. A younger black woman was in the shop and then about 10 minutes afterwards three more people came into the shop it was a mother and her two daughters. i’m not sure if the owners knew the mother but her daughter was there to get a fill-in and we were just told that a fill in was gonna be too long to do so they weren’t going to be doing it but I didn’t say anything because we were already getting pedicures so it wasn’t like we weren’t being serviced. My only issue was what why did you allow this woman to come in 6:40 ish and her daughter was allowed to get a fill-in my sister in law was not? They also started doing the mom’s nails and allowed her younger daughter to get her nails and feet a painted as well. We still ended up in the facility past closed we didn’t leave until 7:30. One of the nail techs was working with the younger black woman who was there before us and in the middle of my service I all of a sudden am hearing raised voices and she’s going back-and-forth with her client basically mad that the client is questioning her and how she’s performing the services and I didn’t even hear the girl with her question but the nail tech blew up at her saying that if she didn’t trust her why ask her specifically to do her nails. The middle aged woman doing my sister-in-law’s nails tried to go over to diffuse the outburst with no avail. From that point on my experience was very uncomfortable and then the younger black girl commented “this is why we need our own nail salons so we don’t have to deal with this” I suppose referring to being verbally attacked for asking questions about a service she’s paying for. One of the men in the shop laughed and said “Good luck with that.” The younger woman comments “Excuse me, What’s that supposed to mean” neither one of the techs commented any further and began having a conversation in their native language. The atmosphere was very tense. The younger woman stops the tech from fully finishing the service and I suppose took her business elsewhere. The nail tech then went on talking about the situation saying if she doesn’t trust her then don’t get your nails done at the establishment and said “I don’t want your money go somewhere else.” After this person has already left I understand that being asked questions about your service may be frustrating but showing restraint and composure in the workplace is key. I didn’t feel particularly welcomed in there after that whole fiasco as a person with a darker complexion myself and was ready to leave but had to wait for my sister and sister-in-law to get their services completed. I was visiting from out of town although my nail tech I didn’t get her name but she had a pixie cut with highlights was very compassionate and gentle her husband seemed kind as well. The job she did on my pedicure was more than I could ask for I love it but I don’t think I’ll return.

AMAZING!! I never get my nails done bc I’m picky and no one has ever done a design close enough to the photo inspiration I provide, until now!! They take their time but are also very efficient. Were totally willing to fit me in for a pedi when I only booked a mani appt on a Subday. Staff are all very friendly, atmosphere is great, pedi tools are new in sterile packaging for each client. Can’t recommend highly enough! I live in MD and will probably just wait for my visits home to get my nails done here from now on!!

Victoria is my nail specialist. She is amazing and love going to this nail salon. You walk in and you are greeted by Rachel who is just a charm. My pedicure specialist Howie is amazing and makes my toes beautiful. Their are a few places in the area but don’t be fooled. Champions nails and spa is the best.
