They get my hair precisely the way that I like it. They are focused on customer satisfaction. They offer senior discounts which is much appreciated. The environment is friendly and welcoming. I have been going to this barbershop for the past couple of years. They book appointments online. They are on time for appointments. They get my hair precisely the way that I like it. They are focused on customer satisfaction. They offer senior discounts which is much appreciated. The environment is friendly and welcoming. Great barbers, great atmosphere, great value. Critical: ProfessionalismI took my son to Champions to get a hair cut thinking I had an appointment that I made on Booksy. It didn’t go through as I thought it did. Instead of being helpful they was ill mannered, and horribly disrespectful. Evidently they don’t care about their businesses; if they did they would act like gentleman and try to make another appointment or atleast have a little respect for people. They should NOT work in the public if they don’t know how to handle their selves any better than they did. I took my son to Champions to get a hair cut thinking I had an appointment that I made on Booksy. It didn’t go through as I thought it did. Instead of being helpful they was ill mannered, and horribly disrespectful.
