I was hesitant to go because of the bad reviews but went and I’m so glad we did! I took my 3 year old for the first time and they were amazing with her! My gel manicure and gel pedicure were great and so were the two people helping me. I also had my 6 week old baby in tow and they were incredibly patient and helpful. I will be back! This salon used to be my favorite. However, there seems to be a change in ownership or management and this salon has gone downhill. No one spoke in tge whole salon. It was weirdly silent. The water for my pedicure was cold. The technician simple swished the tools around in the dirty cold water. I couldn’t make the technician understand that I wanted my nails buffed not polished. Overall, a cold atmosphere that seemed unsanitary

We called to make an appointment for 8 people. 3 adults 2 children. They assured us they could accommodate ALL of us at 1pm. 2 people were finally seen after waiting an hour. The kids were all melting. One man was rude and scary to my 6 year old daughter. After over 3 hours we were finally finished. We told them we were in a time crunch and they still helped walk ins before our group who had been waiting hours and had made appointments. I have never disliked an establishment so much!!! I definitely do not recommend.

Absolute disaster of an experience there. I got a pus filled toe infection in my left big toe when I got my pedicure there because of their dirty utensils. They also refused to fix my gel manicure when the nail polish lifted from the base and was almost completely off after it had been only 5 days since my visit. Payed $77 for a disgusting toe infection and a gel manicure that lasted 5 days!

Terrible. Asked on a few occasions to get my toenails cut really short, never listened to me. My nails grow fast but because the nail tech never listened to me it has only been 5 days and I’ll need to cut my toenails myself and ruin my pedicure. I don’t understand why someone wouldn’t want to give them what they wanted when they are a paying customer. I paid $80 plus a tip on just a French mani pedi for gel and it’s already falling apart. I am so disappointed. I think it’s extremely unprofessional to just shake their their head say yes and just do what they want. I will absolutely never ever come back to this place. I waited 5 days to see how the nails would turn out to see if I would end up liking my nails and it just keep getting worse.

AMAZING! My first experience here and it won’t be my last! I can’t believe how amazing my nails turned out! I’m thrilled that they were able to do what I really wanted done. And for only $30! I got a gel ombre with sparkles! I literally couldn’t be happier!
