Came in showing them what I wanted, they were not able to do the design similar enough to the picture, the gel came out lumpy on one nail and they cut the edge of my skin and there is dried blood on the acrylic. I returned the next hour to have them fix it. They refused to try to do the flower nail design again but they did remove it and did a colored French tip instead. I appreciated them resolving the lumpy nail, still a little hurt I paid so much and didn’t like the design. Would not return since I love nails with designs

The staff was polite, they literally had a bar inside and could make just about any drink. I like that they give you a list to check off the services that you want and prices, so there’s no surprises when you get to the front desk. While one of the technicians were doing my nails she was rushed to finish to hop on someone else’s, which I didn’t like. But I’m hoping they get more staff soon to accommodate the traffic they have coming in.

This is my new place! When K nails moved from knocked down Publix on Gandy I started trying all the other local nail places. (Glamour, Nail Time, Sassy etc.) Then Sue from the original K nails let me know she went to Champagne Nails. Everyone that works there does a fantastic job. The owners moved from TX and built this beautiful nail salon. They really cater to your experience and even offer free drinks of all kind. It is really convenient too. Just next to Navy Federal on S. Dale Maybry and Gandy.

Nice & clean salon! a little pricey than others. I got full set & pedicure paid a little over $120, She had to fix a few of my nails before I left & when I got home notice like 3 of my nails are uneven Got basic pedicure but paid extra for French manicure just the white line, no pink or other color just my nail color. Lady was very pushy about me getting gel nailpolish on my toes but it would have been $20 extra.

Place and some staffs are nice!! but my third time there i didn’t really like the experience. Because I picked red orange-ish color and when the tech was working on my nails she was talking to other staff in their native language that this color isn’t gonna last me long this is the point where I didn’t like my third time here because I understood what they were saying, I was disappointed. 🙁

They have a couple of really talented technicians but the female manager has been short and rude to me on two different occasions. It’s a shame with so much competition in south Tampa that they feel the luxury of snubbing clients. Pass.
