This was an amazing experience! I called to get a balayage, and was given an appointment for the next day which was great. I was educated on what terms meant what so I knew exactly what was going to be done to my hair. My stylist was Kimberly, and she did soooo amazing. I was so nervous at first because I was getting vibes that she was new but she knows what she is doing! The entire staff was so sweet and had really good team work with each other. I left so happy that day and have received so many compliments since getting my hair done. I haven’t ever put any blonde in my hair and Kimberly did such a good job of working with that.

I went to Kimberly for a consult and then got an all over blue-black color. This was my very 1st time coloring my hair and I loved every minute of it. My natural hair is brown and I wanted to avoid bleaching. Kimberly did a patch test behind one ear (I am allergic to sulfa) and then proceeded to unhurriedly do the entire process. She gave me a hot towel and a 10 minute nap after my shampoo and conditioner. Then asked if I wanted a blow dry or diffuser (my hair is wavy-curly). I went with blow dry and she did a fantastic job.
