Regrettably, they do not seem willing to answer their phone, nor their voicemail, to make appointments. I have tried to get ahold of them every once and awhile for a few years, because I went to them once long ago and was very happy with my haircut. Having had the same experience yet again recently, I guess I’d better give up on them. I’m only leaving a negative review because I truly wish for them to correct this issue so I could actually give them my business. Here’s hoping they read their reviews. I do see that someone else’s review describes the same issue.

I like the place, but there are some problems I have experienced. The phone call never goes through. I went there in person a few times, finding that it was all booked. The owner promised to call me back once, but didn’t actually do that. The last time I went there, they actually referred me to another random salon next door, as if I have trouble finding hair salons in Northampton:) oh well, guess my royalty was misplaced!
