When I walked in for my appointment (a few minutes early, mind) I was informed the barber I made an appointment with had already left for the day. No notice from them or any of the other barbers there that he had gone. No apologies or offers to reschedule from the available staff. Very unprofessional business practice.

the walk-ins welcome sign is a little disingenuous. I just walked in and waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. When someone did, I asked if he was available for a hair cut. he said “No! I’m not. Let me see here.” He asked the other two workers. The first said “I don’t want to.” The other said “Not today.” I don’t think I’ll try again.
