Ciarra is an amazing hair and makeup artist! I have been seeing her for about 5 years now. She did such a wonderful job on my prom hair and makeup truly making me feel comfortable and happy with the final result. I also go to her for hair coloring. I wanted a fun blue hair color and she did it so flawlessly. The color was vibrant and she even gave me tips and helpful product recommendations to keep the color lasting and pigmented for as long as possible.
