First of all, I was super excited to get my nails done. I did it all right, I made the appointment and asked the questions when I called. It was for my daughter’s bday spa day… So we were all excited!! I know I should have complained more but I did during and the guy kept telling me that it would be ok. I thought, “he’s the professional, let him work.” Boy was I wrong. These are my nails and I have to live with it because it’s been over 24hrs. I should have had him start over immediately. I didn’t want to make a scene on my daughter’s birthday. Anyways, don’t want this to happen to someone else.

I booked a gel manicure and regular pedicure here through. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly staff. The color selection is great, especially the regular colors. They also had a lot of new bottles of gel color, which was nice. They were super busy but despite being early for my appointment, they were able to start my appointment early, which i appreciated.

I thought I found my new nail salon here but my Dip Powder didn’t even last 1 week. I have 4 nails that are completely chipped and the rest are lifting. After less then a week!Definitely not worth the money

Excellent! I went into the new location to get acrylics in ombre and a pedicure for my birthday. My nails turned out beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. The nail techs were polite, took their time and made sure I was happy with their progress. I’ve gone to them when they were Lovely Nails on University. And they became my favorite go-to spot. I tell everyone how much I love this place and have never gotten horrible names, EVER! definitely worth the price! Will definitely be back!

I don’t go often, when I went first two times I loved it. However, last time I went I had made appointments ahead of time first thing in the morning. However, took us forever to get helped even though they had plenty of workers and only had 2 other people in there. People that had appointments before us would get in and get finished before we would be started. Then when we got started they would get distracted and walk off and then come back. Took us 3 hours and get done and still charged us full price and after we waited that long: they never had apologized. NEVER going back ever again.

Not personable at all. Never asked what type of pedicure we wanted. My color did not match what I chose but I was never given a chance to ask to change. Felt that we inconvenienced them by choosing to go there out of the many other options around. Kids’ manicures, Gel manicures, Manicure, Pedicure

The waxing station is open for all customers to watch, no privacy. Not sure what happened, but some of my eyelid skin was pulled off and looked like I had been punched. When I got home I noticed patches of missed hair. To top it off, the waxing service was the most expensive I have paid in the area.
