If I could give less than one star I would – I NEVER write reviews but this was the worst nail experience I have ever had and I hope I can save some of you from wasting your money. I went in for my appointment and they had me wait 20 minutes before they were ready for me. I’m very easy-going though so I just brushed it off and went in for my simple acrylic nail fill. The overall experience was OK. The young lady doing my nails scowled at me the whole time and did not say a word. I tried to make some lighthearted conversations but she just rolled her eyes. So we went back to uncomfortable silence, or me listening to her talk to the receptionist. Because she did not have to do any shaping or trimming because I liked my current length and nail shape (easy right?), the overall look was nice. Literally all she had to do was do the fill and paint the nails. That night I noticed something weird about my nails – they were starting to look a little wavy and bubbly. I thought nothing of it until the next day where my nails started lifting and falling apart. I have never seen acrylic nails do this! Either their product was cheap and old, or she doesn’t know how to do them properly. Anyways, here I am on day four of these nails. The paint has lifted completely, leaving me with this ugly look. What a waste of money!!! It is a rare treat for me to get my nails done and to spend my hard earned money on their overpriced fill was insult enough – now I’m left with ugly nails and I couldn’t be more disappointed

I showed him what i wanted to begin with and said he could paint on what i wanted, then started doing my nails with a curved tip and made them super thick. He then rushed to finish bc of a karen complaining abt her appointment was at 5 and proceeded to tell me he couldn’t draw on what wanted cause there wasn’t enough time. i’m also having a hard time typing texts cause there so curved.

I’ve been going elsewhere, but they have taken too long, and the last time, the guy kind of copped an attitude with me. I tried this new place, which is far less fancy, but the people were kind and accommodated my requests, such as nail shape, etc., instead of arguing.

Came in to get a manicure. The lady at the front asked me what I needed. Then told me we’re all booked. I’ve never been to a walk-in nail salon where they don’t tell you estimated waiting time if they are to busy. Anyway safe to say i won’t be stepping a foot in this place again.

I made a same day appointment for a full set and a pedicure – well once he finished my nails (which he is always great) I sat at the front waiting for them to call my turn to get my pedicure – she didn’t put me down for a pedicure and so she said it would be a plain pedicure – it lasted about 10 minutes – cuts all over my toes and the nail polish was a hot mess
