Had a terrible experience and was excited to have a place close home. One star because there is no option for NO STARS. I’m extremely disappointed. For the amount of money they charge their service was below mediocre. The front desk girl could not even care less about my concerns. Just got home from this place and the gel is already coming off. I’m never going back to this place again. Second photo day two after gel manicure. Third photo day three after gel manicure.

I stopped in early and the lady that was there told me to come back at 10am when another nail tech came and I could get right in. When I went back they told me “she shouldn’t have said that” and I was turned away.

I called last week for an appt and scheduled it for today at 4pm. The lady asked me probably 3 times what my name and phone number was so that way I would receive a confirmation text. I realized I never received that text and called earlier today to confirm my appt at 4pm. The guy on the phone stated he didn’t have my phone number or anyone under my name. I told him I called last week and he said I must have called the wrong one, which I know I didn’t. I asked “so I don’t have an appointment today that I scheduled last week?” He said no and sorry we are too busy today. Ok, no problem I will continue to go elsewhere. I wanted to give this place my business and a shot since I live close, but they are clearly disorganized and I will not try them out.
