I used to come here regularly a few years ago but stopped coming due to my appointment time never being respected. I ended up trying it again today by bringing my bonus daughter for her birthday and I am reminded yet again why I do not give them my business. I don’t typically leave reviews unless it’s excellent service or absolutely horrible service. Today unfortunately was horrible. I waited 45 minutes(my bonus daughter finished a full set by the time I was getting started) He chopped my toenail uneven and so short it bled and burned when I put my foot back in the water. When I reacted out of pain and pulled my foot out he pushed my hand away and said leave it leave it and shoved my foot back in water. The polish also burned badly when applied. End all be all, the polish is on my skin, my big toe nail is chopped sideways and there’s a dent in the polish on the other big toe. At least I tried but I definitely will not be back this time for good.

I have been coming here for over a year and I love it! Specifically I think Tracy and Angie are awesome. They’re always friendly and helpful, and I never have a problem just walking in. We also got my daughter’s nails done for her sweet 16 here and they did a great job!

Nails left with ragged, sharp edges, cuticles an absolute mess, and my clear polish peeled off less than 24 hours after I had my nails done. My technician Vivi was very gruff and unfriendly during my manicure and pedicure. Kept pushing me to get gel polish despite my strong refusals. Did not appear that tools were clean or had been sterilized before they were used. Music was so loud communication was almost impossible. Absolute worst manicure I have ever had. Nails left with ragged, sharp edges, cuticles an absolute mess, and my clear polish peeled off less than 24 hours after I had my nails done. Very nice and recommended correct services needed to help my damaged nails caused by a different nail salon. Good selection of colors in gel and dip powder. Nice oversized pedicure chairs. Will return for future services.

Friendly staff, but I didn’t know it was possible to get such an awful pedicure. We will not be back. Some of my nails are misshapen, the polish is clumpy, and 2 nails are only half painted. The service was extremely rushed and not at all worth the money. Go somewhere else! Pedicure

Vivi cut three of my fingers FILING my nails with a normal nail file! How on Earth is that possible!? The filing was done so aggressively and fast, OUCH! Not to mention that The service was rushed in 30 minutes and now I am left with sore fingers that are most likely infected. As my fingers have been in pain for days, I will not be returning!!!!

Vicky did my nails for my wedding and they look beautiful. 4 days later they still are amazing. They also helped my daughter and friend and Vicky was able to fix my mom’s cracked nails.

I had Hannah and she did a very nice job! She was very gentle for my manicure and was done in a timely fashion. My mom got a pedicure and said that hers was equally as enjoyable. The message chairs are easy to get in and out of and have many settings. I would definitely go back.

Visited before a vacation to do dip on my nails. The tech asked what shape I wanted and I picked a color. From start to finish, the manicure took ten minutes, tops. My nails were uneven, the cuticles were flooded with dip, and there was dip clumped up under my nails. Five days after I got my nails done, one of them popped off and the others have begun chipping. I felt my nails overall looked sloppy for what I paid when I could have done a better job myself. The tech was rushing through them and didn’t seem to mind the large bumps of dip on my nails and would have sent me home with lumpy nails had I not spoken up. I won’t be back, and I don’t recommend anyone go here.
