I have been seeing Karine regularly for facials for about 2 years now. She is amazing!! The environment at the spa is very relaxing, and Karine knows exactly what to do to give you amazing, healthy skin. Since I’ve started seeing her, I very rarely have breakouts anymore and my dehydrated skin has improved SO much. It’s amazing how smooth and hydrated it is now! Tess at the front desk is so friendly and helpful — I can always reach out to her to see if a product is in stock, and the spa’s online booking system makes it so easy to schedule or move an appointment.

I started going to see Karine before my wedding for facials to get my skin in shape for the big day & help manage my stress with a little pampering time. Well, what started as a plan to only go for 4 months has turned into 3 years. I’m 31 years old and my skin has never looked or felt better. Highly recommend C’est La Vie ! Karine is an amazing esthetician! I’ve had nothing but the best facials, back facials with her for 4 years. The same amount of years I have had massages, reflexology, body work from Renato. The only healing I have had for my terrible sciatica and lower back pain is from the massage and body work Renato has done. Cant speak highly enough about C’est La Vie Day Spa ! Oh and I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Erin and she is also recommended !

I first went to c’est la vie spa as a gift. I met Renato and the first thing he did was sit down with me and troubleshoot my problem areas to get a better feel of my body. After the message, he identified problem areas, their causes and what I could do to improve them. He is the first masseuse I have been to who takes the time to break down the issues I have with my body and spends extra time on those problem areas. I have been going to him ever since and I can’t rave about him enough. As a nurse, I’m on my feet 12hrs/day and my body feels 100x better than it did before I started seeing him.

I recommend Cest la vie Day Spa in Glastonbury, CT 100% for all of your skin care, massage, waxing and anti-aging needs. Karine, the owner, is a consummate professional with decades of experience in the field. Her spa is clean, professional, relaxing and offers cutting edge skin care products and techniques. I have had wonderful facials and peels there. I have also had a micro needling procedure that transformed the texture and tone of my skin and will go back for more! Her massage therapist, Renato, is an incredible licensed massage therapist and will make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Cannot recommend enough!
