I am updating my review since I went in yesterday and have had the best care ever! At the risk of not being able to get on her schedule due to popularity, I want to let folks know the lady who you see working on my hands and legs and feet is Emma. What’s worth mentioning to anyone who has gone to the run of the mill nail parlors, here even though this is only the third time I have gone in, everyone seems to know my name, they are courteous and professional – and their work at least in my experience is flawless!

I recently moved to the area and have tried 7– yes 7–other nail salons. Came to Nail Fairy Lounge and had an amazing experience with Karry. Let me say this isn’t my first time here. I had been a few times before I wrote this review. When it comes to customer service this place gets a 5/5, when it comes to atmosphere 5/5, when it comes to creativities with nail art 2/5. It is hard for them to do clean nail art lines. Even if you take a picture for them to try to do that won’t help either. I get that everyone can’t design but if you was unable to do it you should decline the offer. I am so upset this last time I won’t be coming back. They also charge crazy for a color change that I decided to just get a basic design. My nails was already done so it was just the design and fix 1 broke nail that came out to $70 honestly I could have got a new set. They really don’t have options either. I wanted mood change they don’t have it. I wanted glow in the dark nope they don’t have that either. They can only do basic colors.

I had to try this place a couple times before writing a review. I’ve had several services done and there’s one thing that’s always consistent — their speed. They are very efficient at this shop, so you won’t spend all day here. However, I’ve never had service that was worth the price. Speaking of prices, they are never really consistent. I’ve had an acrylic full set that was about the same price as a fill-in, which also isn’t consistent (or even comparable) with the prices on their website. They are always very welcoming and hospitable, but I need more bang for my buck. Attached is an acrylic fill-in with French tips (no nail repair or extravagant add-ons).

Fabulous pedicure. I splurged and got the Volcano Treatment pedicure for $62. Not the most expensive pedicure on their menu but much more than I normally pay for their classic pedicure which is $35. It was well worth it since it included a long deep tissue massage, heel treatment, sugar scrub, paraffin wax, and hot stone massage! Everyone is offered 1 complimentary cocktail or beverage. The place is beautiful, large, and extremely clean. The staff is efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend this place for a special occasion or to treat yourself. No appt. necessary. Masks are not required. They prefer cash. There’s a small surcharge if you pay with a credit card.

Great experience here at Nail Fairly Lounge! They definitely know what they’re doing and are very honest and care about what your nails look like. The best dip manicure I’ve ever gotten. Super thin and doesn’t look chunky. Feels very natural. The place is also super nice, very fresh and fancy feel. They have a drink bar as well which I thought was very fun. The people were awesome, very conversational and nice. Definitely would recommend.
