I live in Eureka and I travel to Ukiah for work for the past 13yrs and there is no Barber in Humboldt that comes close to Cesar or other places in Ukiah that I been too. He’s funny friendly straight up guy and once he knows you he will joke around with you.

I had to stop and ask the City of Ukiah worker where he got his fade at and he said Cesar’s Barber Shop. I’ve gone to other places but Cesar’s cuts are just at another level. I don’t have to make any internet appointments. His shop also reminds me of Tom’s Barber shop. Tom use to be my Barber before Cesar. I always appreciate a cut from Cesar. I found out about this guy a while ago because I ran into a City of Ukiah worker on a Friday who had a super clean high fade.
