I have been going to the chiropractor for years… yet I have always felt like I had limited movement on one side of my neck… I just thought that’s how it was always going to be. After just speaking with Val, she has an inkling something was off, boy did she hit the nail on the head! With her technique, I was able to have full range of motion, something I’ve never had! This technique saved me from having chronic neck pain and headaches. I have been to multiple chiropractors and massage therapists for this spot in my neck that could never quite get released.
