From check-in to checkout, we had an incredible experience at the Cerulean Spa. Several years ago, I used to frequent the spa with it was The Red Door. The atmosphere then was dark, cold and uninviting. I love that the hotel has has taken it over and implemented new management. We were greeted by the spa director, Tracy, who gave the most exceptional customer service. Personally showing us around the newly renovated spa with calming serene colors, Tracy explained our spa service and shared about the other innovative available amenities (infrared sauna, etc). Tracy was very accommodating, friendly and warm. We got the sincere sense that she (as well as the entire staff) wanted us to thoroughly enjoy our time and went above and beyond to help us relax. My husband and I got a couples massage and can’t say enough about Sam and Jen. They were terrific and took the time to listen to our needs. We enjoyed the spa so much that we stayed awhile after our appointment, had some champagne, and took in the tranquil environment. Upon checkout, we were greeted by Tiffany who completed our wonderful experience. Thank you to the Cerulean Spa for a much needed relaxing day!! We will definitely be back soon.

Full disclosure: I attended the grand opening, so most of the services I tried were provided free of charge. However, perhaps my favorite thing about the spa where the people. Many spas that I’ve been to in the past try to sell you on tons of expensive products, or tell you that you have so many flaws in your skin (most of which never bothered you before) that they can fix with the right regiment. Not Cerulean. I tried their machine that takes photos of your skin and tells you your problem areas. I expected it to show a complete mess, but all it showed was that I had a bit of dry skin around the top of my nose. I had a hydro facial from Kelly, and after I told her that I had fine lines under my eyes, she told me that all I need for a daily skincare routine is cleanser, the occasional exfoliating peel, the occasional mask, peptides under the eyes, and a moisturizer. She didn’t try to sell me on any as specific products, and didn’t tell me that my face was a wreck that only this facial could fix. They were honest and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I’m confident that when I go back, I’ll receive the same treatment. I recommend to anyone looking for a little pampering.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my first experience at Cerulean Spa was outstanding. I booked services for a group of 6 women.The staff was SO accommodating and thoughtfully considered all our requests during the booking process. Once we got there, the staff made us feel right at home. They were warm, friendly, and hospitable. Every person in our group agreed that this was the best spa experience they had ever had! The services were exceptional! We will absolutely return. Highly recommend!!

My very first time at Cerulean Beauty and Spa was outstanding! I had the salt scrub and massage . In the room was a convenient shower to wash off the salt in preparation for the 60 massage. Samantha was incredible. She also helped me with tennis elbow pain due to gardening during my massage. She focused on those muscles causing the pain. Just wow! 5 star spa!

Thrilled that Cerulean has opened in the Mystic Marriott – I used to frequent the former Elizabeth Arden Red Door and I was beyond impressed with the new branding and staff during my visit today for a luxury pedicure. From start to finish I was pampered and treated like a valued guest. They also have a well-curated boutique with some of the same high quality products from the spa, mostly from local vendors. Definitely worth a visit whether you are from the area or staying as a guest in the hotel. I will be back for more services like a facial and massage in the near future!
