honestly worst place to go, they scheduled a appointment for 9 am , no one was there. Me and another patient waited in the parking lot and no one came at all. I called them and they apparently called us 25th to say it’s canceled, never recieved a call so they’re lying and apparently the doctor doesn’t even work in the profession anymore. so why am I being scheduled for 9 am when there is no one here. Wasting my time and others time. GO FIND A NEW CARRER!!!!! And I know I should’ve checked the reviews before scheduling but didn’t even know it was this bad.

Let’s start from the beginning. I’ve struggled with skin issues all my life. I went here the first time and the doctor didn’t listen or even looked at my skin. Prescribed me 9 different steroid creams which I told her don’t work. Went to a second appointment with a different doctor told her the steroid creams do not work and she again prescribed me the same stuff. If you want an office to not listen to you when it comes to your body you have the right place. As for me I will not be going back. This place wants you to suffer

My first experience here was horrific and I left a review; therefore, when experiencing a positive visit during my follow up, I had share my experience. My appointment was on 11/17 and this time I waited only a few mins before being called back. I even had a different nurse this time who was upbeat and very positive (liked her alot). The nurse gave me her undivided attention and did not rush through speaking to me. As with my last visit I do like this Doctor he is very attentive and truly listens. Cleaner lobby this time also; however, could use a detailing.

I had a precancerous mole excised from my chest at 10am. The doctor AND the nurse explained to me that I would need antibiotics during my recovery. This is my third visit to the same office, and I am already receiving a prescription from them at my pharmacy. After 24 hours without them reaching out to my pharmacy, I called the office and was told it would be handled. I called again several hours later only to be told to call the next morning to get the doctor to write a prescription as they don’t have one on file and she’s gone home for the day. So much to taking those antibiotics to prevent infection. The removal of these stitches will be my last visit to this office.
