I drove an hour to Mays Landing find out the office is closed due to the air conditioning (no call from anyone and a sign on the door). Then I get to the office in New Rd. Northfield, 15 miles away. I finally get here Donna the person I have a appointment with isn’t here, she’s in the Galloway office. 3 people waiting before me. So unprofessional I’ll never be back here again. EVER!

They walked in on me while I was undressing for my appointment without a knock. When I told the other nurse she was less than apologetic, and said “okay”. The doctor did say sorry, but overall the entire experience was uncomfortable.

It was very easy to get in for an appointment. The office itself is dirty and the bathroom smelled bad. After getting into the exam room an assistant had someone else’s chart up and asked me if I my pharmacy was in Somers Point (it’s not) and asked me to confirm that I am allergic to Penicillin (I’m not). I told her to straighten out the issue because the fact she was looking at someone else’s information made me very upset. She did not seem phased and told me I would just have to give her all of the information I had already written out over again. Then I waited for at least a half hour for the nurse practictioner to come in to examine me. I was getting a full body check. There was zero consideration given to my comfort or privacy. Assistants walked in and out of the room without knocking while I was standing on display. A gown was provided to me but the NP did not use it the way I have experienced in the last – covering a section at a time. Everytime she saw something she thought looked concerning she exclaimed, “Oh goody!” Then I was told I could go to pick up an anitbiotic at my CVS because she had to take three biopsies. When I got to CVS it was not there so I called the main number for Certified Dermatology. The woman was really rude and told me that no one was at the office they had already left (they close at 7 and it was 6:45 at this point). She told me to go check CVS again. I did it still wasn’t there. I called back and spoke to the same woman. This time she told me it could take a few hours for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. It was now after 7. I did not have a few hours so I bought an over the counter antibiotic out-of-pocket. I went to CVS the next day it wasn’t there. I called again and was told someone would have to call me back. They called back when I was not available. The entire experience was nothing short of horrendous. There is nothing personal about visiting here. No one showed any care or concern for me as a patient in any way. Don’t go here.
