Took 7 months to get an appointment. Receptionist at scheduling talked so badly about my previous doctor even though he was the best. Doctor refused to refill a necessary script for me. Google has the wrong address for this place. I had a 10am appointment, it’s currently 10:50 and I am still in the waiting area. Extremely off putting office, won’t be returning if it’s possible.

My son had an appointment at 11:00 am was out at 11:15..He stated person asking information in back was extremely rude and Stephanie Marano was just as rude…Asked why he was there, stated his face was clear,.if that was the case he wouldn’t have come…he stated his skin is extremely itchy and medicine isn’t working..he was told just use less of the same medicine that hasn’t worked in over a year..as he was leaving they were laughing,saw him and shut the door…complete waste of time!!!!!

One of the most incompetent experiences I’ve ever had. Charged a specialist copay to see a nurse. On top of that, the receptionists like to schedule you 2 months out for an issue you’ve already have had 2 follow ups for. It’s so easy for them to schedule you so far out when it’s not their problem. They have 0 empathy for their patients and it shows through their incompetent behavior.
