I waited 1.5 HOURS past my appointment time to be seen at Certified Dermatology; only to be seen by PA Patrick Lombardi where the whole appointment felt rushed, and he diagnosed me with a skin condition in which my sister (who is a medical doctor) thought was outrageous and plain wrong. After his wrong diagnosis, I treated my skin condition on my own with over the counter creams and I won’t waste my time at this so called dermatology practice again. He barely glanced at my rash, which was the whole reason I was there in the first place. He also wanted me to “come back in 2 weeks”, so they just want to collect my co pay instead of treating my issue correctly the first time? Big waste of time with incompetent people, your better off doing a google search of your issue than seeing Patrick Lombardi.

The receptionist, medical assistant as well as Dr. Patrick were very friendly and nice which I felt welcomed and treated very very well. However, the waiting time at the lobby was over an hour from the appointment time which I thought could be improved.

Patrick Lombardi PA-C is completely unprofessional. He came into the room saying “how’s your rosacea?” When I was never diagnosed with or discussed the possibility of rosacea. I let him know that to my knowledge, I didn’t have rosacea, but was dx with perioral dermatitis at our last visit (which was also a joke). He said “same thing, same treatment, no big deal.” It in fact IS a big deal considering it is a dx that needs an addendum to be removed and corrected from my hx and initial visit note as well.
