Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThis is the second time I have been there. Wanted to give them another try for good measure. Had the same, older woman do my pedicure (not by choice). Both times I have sat and watched someone get an awesome foot massage while I was barely massaged at all. She didn’t change her gloves before my pedicure and I’m not even sure the tools were clean (fingerprints). Both times there has been paint all over my skin and this time it is clumpy and splotchy on my toenails. This is the second time I have been there. Wanted to give them another try for good measure. Had the same, older woman do my pedicure (not by choice). Both times I have sat and watched someone get an awesome foot massage while I was barely massaged at all. I’ve been going here for 4 years now best nails ever, I have a cleaning business and my nails have never lifted… I have my hair colored and cut there to , absolutely won’t go any where else… The best hair and nail place in all Salt Lake, been to lots of places and have never been this satisfied…. Worst experience ever! I got my nails done here and they were bumpy and definitely not what i wanted. When i expressed the fact that i wasn’t happy the owner got really mad and started yelling at me when i told him to lower his voice he kicked me out. Extremely rude. Went to another place to get my nails fixed would definitely not recommend i would do 0 stars if possible. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I’m very picky when it comes to my hair and this place did my pedicure, eye brow wax and cut and style all for a great price. They recently moved from near the mall to 5 minutes down the street by valley vacuum and sew. The guy that did my hair knew exactly what I wanted and he did an amazing job. I didn’t catch his name but he is the only one that does hair. They are all wonderful!

This was by far the worst nail job I have ever had. It took her 45 minutes just to remove the gel toenails. I finally picked them off just to get it over with. I had my toes dremelled more than the actual nail. I have been getting gel glitter toes for the last nine years, it has never taken 45 minutes to remove the gel.
