I had a massage done here and when I left it was really busy, I ended up receiving a phone call while I was waiting to check out so I put my money on the counter and the next day Shayne the owner called me and said I didn’t pay. So they want me to pay twice for my massage, what a scam, I guess they have done this to other customers as well. Go elsewhere this place is a joke and Shayne obviously doesn’t know how to run a business!

I’m so sad. I was gifted 2 packages for Christmas and have been looking forward to the self care! I was called about April 1st because nail tech quit so I was unable to get full package. Couldn’t get full package rescheduled until May 6th. So scheduled one for May and another for June. Got reminder call yesterday to be there today at 11. Before the long drive, I called to clarify time and was told massage starts at 10 not at 11. At that point, I was not able to get there by 10. Msg said 11am 2 times. Lady made me feel bad for not making trip for other parts of package, but massage was the part I really was looking forward to. Now waiting until June, but so disappointed. I was gifted 2 packages for Christmas and may not get either by next Christmas at this rate. I played back voicemail in front of significant other as I was feeling bad due to ladies comments. It definitely said everything started at 11am. Thankfully, I scheduled both packages after last disappointment or I would be waiting longer, but at what point do I get services prepaid for? I’m the one not getting my services due, but they sound like I’m doing them a disservice. I have had package in the past… but I am majorly disappointed to the point that I am not sure I want to be serviced by this establishment. They have our money so now feeling obligated to keep trying to get the 2 packages that were gifted.

I’ve never written a review for a business before, but after a few days of reflecting, I decided my feelings about my experience were valid and this could be seen as constructive criticism. This was an awful experience. My stylist was incredibly rude, nearly got bleach in my eye, and cared more about her Instagram photos than she did about whether I was happy or not with the result. I left both shocked and disappointed. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.
