Everyone here at this business is amazing I’ve had facials, teeth whitening, treatment and it doesn’t matter who you get it you are always greeted with a warm friendly face and a professionalism they all have a warm attitude and private. Brianne runs a good show here app CVMA. I don’t go anywhere else now and would recommend them Highly to anyone.

Surprisingly I had an unfortunate experience today. I usually receive Botox routinely from Brianne. She’s amazing! I had my appointment with her last week. I was called prior to be notified it would be with someone else due to Brianne being out. I was a little worried (as you know if you regularly get Botox your usual girl just knows your anatomy and does the trick!) I am not shaming or stating the other girl did something wrong- but I did notice the placement being different than what I usually get done on my forehead. Long story short, literally only the top half of my forehead is completely frozen with the bottom half having complete movement. I hate it :(. I called with my concern to fix it and that I did notice Botox was not placed in those areas- it was not a concern for “more”. I was very professional and kind. I have been getting Botox for over 7 years and I have never had a problem like this prior. (Knowing enough time has lapsed for full effect) The girl at the front told me I had to wait- and I wouldn’t be able to make an appointment for over 2 weeks. I was so sad. I just think it’s awful they wouldn’t even allow me to come in for a consult and to leave a loyal customer of theirs unhappy with their results for 3 weeks! I’m choosing not to return. Be careful with who you choose as an injector. Which is why I preferred to stay with Brianne but was convinced otherwise by the staff and told that I would be in good hands.
