Rigo did a fantastic job! I was actually hesitant of going here cause it’s a “salon” but I needed a haircut big time, and Rigo had an opening. We had good conversation, he was fast, and did a few things that went beyond my expectations. He shaved the back of my neck with a straight razor and shaving cream instead of an electrical razor which was very nice. And then he followed that with a hot towel, which again is a first and very soothing. Will definitely be back!

I am new to town and desperately needed my haircut. I was able to get one at Central Point Beauty Salon on the day I called. Jennifer was awesome with bringing my short cut back to normal. She is very knowledgeable. Jennifer was easy to talk to and listened to what I was looking for and actually made a suggestion on what would work with my curls. The cut turned out super! So glad I found Jennifer!

I walked around town trying to get a haircut but most places were closed and my go-to spot was closed so I walked around to Cj’s and sadly it was closed as well. Down the street I see Central Point Beauty Salon and said screw it, I went it and who greeted me none other than Rigo himself. He perfectly cut my hair and fixed what Greatclips had messed up. I’ll be coming back for sure next time.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband is graduating college next week and I wanted to get my hair done before all of his graduation pictures/party. I made an appointment with keyara three months in advance so I could be sure that I would have an appointment with her before she was booked out. On the day of the appointment, I drove two hours from Klamath falls to arrive at my appointment on time, and I found that the door was locked. I realized that the salon wasn’t open yet, so I texted keyara to let her know that I was there for my appointment when she was ready. She replied to my message stating that I wasn’t in her books for the day even though she can see from our texts that we did agree on this date, so we would have to reschedule. So I asked what date would work best for her and she never even replied….I was so heartbroken that I tried to plan everything in advance, get time off work, traveled, and saved up for my appointment, and she couldn’t even take the time to make sure I was in her books and to show up for our appointment. I now have to find someone else a week before my husband’s graduation to get my hair done, but likely won’t find a appointment this last minute. I definitely wouldn’t recommend scheduling with someone who values their clients so little.I called the salon and explained the situation and they did say they could squeeze me in with another stylist which was nice. Christie is awesome as are the other gals. My first visit I was a walk in for a eyebrow and lip wax. She was great. The visit cost $20.00 and it was a bargain. On my second visit Christie french braided my hair then put it in an updo when I took it down my hair looked amazing for my first year wedding anniversary. I was pleased and so was my husband. The cost was $15.00. In addition to the french braid updo she also did a hair coloring consult free of charge. I have found the salon I will return to again.
